The RAC Method: human development at the core

Escrita com Ciência’s own methodology. It combines socio-emotional skills, human-centred artificial intelligence and agile writing to transform technical and scientific work.

CEO and co-founder

Profª. Esp. Érika Gadelha

Leads the management and administration of Escrita com Ciência, in charge of business strategy, the educational vision and the development of content and learning experiences.

Master’s candidate in Biotechnology at the University of Brasília (UnB), specialist in Food Technology (UnB) and biologist. She worked at the Federal District Environment Department and at IBRAM, and was a Local Innovation Agent with Sebrae-DF. She leads the edtech ecosystem at Brasil Startup DF and sits on the board of the Edtech Meetup Association.

Honorary member

Prof. Dr. Marcos Costa

He was a partner and co-founder of Escrita com Ciência from 2020 to 2026. Because he now holds a public office under an exclusive-dedication regime, he remains solely an honorary member, with no role in the management or administration of the company.

PhD and Master in Literature and Linguistics from the University of São Paulo (USP), with postdoctoral research in Scientific Literacy (UnB) and in Health Surveillance and Artificial Intelligence (Fiocruz). Degrees in Languages (USP) and Education (UNISA), with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence.

Born in Brasília at TXM Co-Creation Lab during the pandemic, with scientific literacy as the core idea.

The company is formalised and wins its first FAPDF public grant.
